The facility will improve public health protection and add long-term resilience to Portland's water system. Pacific Foundation installed soldier piles and lagging for the KS-11 pile wall at the Bull Run Filtration Facility, with shotcrete scheduled for a later phase. The wall system created retained excavation support for one portion of the filtration project.
