The Project
West Coast Self-Storage Halsey’s new NE Portland location offers convenient, secure storage solutions for residents and businesses in Madison South, Rose City Park, North Tabor, and Montavilla. With advanced security features and a range of unit sizes, the facility meets diverse storage needs while enhancing local convenience.
Scope of Work
To support the load-bearing capacity and seismic resilience needed for this facility, Pacific Foundation employed our Bauer RTG 21 to drive 19 soldier piles followed by the Bauer BG 24 for the displacement Augercast piles. Our crews also installed 1440 sqft of lagging on this project.
The Result
Due to the tight coordination between Pacific Foundation and ECI Construction, construction progressed ahead of schedule while utilizing a smaller, highly skilled crew and multiple pieces of equipment to perform the work with maximum efficiency.
