Norton Terminal Development
Everett, WA
Norton Terminal Development transformed a former mill site into new maritime infrastructure for the Port of Everett.
Scope of Work
Pacific Foundation constructed the 14 large-diameter shaft foundations with casing extending the full shaft depth. The drill and crane spread supported controlled casing and reinforcement operations at the terminal site.

Site Constraints
Marine-terminal construction required coordinated heavy equipment operations on a former mill site.
This condition affects access, sequencing, and field coordination for the project scope. Pacific Foundation accounts for these constraints when planning equipment movement, crew access, work-area controls, and coordination with adjacent construction activity.
