What This Equipment Does Well
The Grove RT 745 is a rough-terrain crane used for lifting and support work on active foundation spreads. Its outriggers and telescopic boom let crews handle casing, reinforcement, tooling, and other suspended picks where a crawler crane is not necessary or site travel distances are short. It is used on bridge shafts, shoring work, and general heavy civil sites with uneven subgrade and changing lift positions.
Performance Highlights
- 45 ton lifting class
- 4-section telescopic boom
- 104 ft maximum boom height without jib
- Cummins 6BTA 5.9 engine rated at 191.8 hp
