HKV Ka Haku Tower
Honolulu, HI
Ka Haku, a Hilton Club, is a 32-story vacation-ownership tower on the former King’s Village site in central Waikīkī. Nordic PCL is delivering the project with below-grade space and six levels of structured parking.
Scope of Work
Pacific Foundation supported Hilton Kings Village / Ka Haku Tower with design-build CDSM, jet-grout bottom-seal work, a design-build secant pile wall, and a 120-foot CFA test pile with O-Cell testing. The scope addressed saturated Waikiki sands one block from the beach, where cement-mixed columns, jet-grout columns, and sealing around buried concrete piles were central to excavation support and groundwater control.
