What This Equipment Does Well
The MKT V-5 is a crane-hung hydraulic vibratory hammer for heavier pile driving and extraction than the smaller V-1 class. It is used to drive or pull pile sections with vibration while working with clamp packages matched to the pile shape and section. It is used on sheet pile, pipe pile, H-pile, and extraction work where a mid-size vibro is a better fit than either a light hammer or a very large marine-class unit.
