The Project
The eight-story, 210,000-square-foot residential building at Block 3 on the Vancouver Waterfront features 207 apartments and amenity decks, contributing to the larger revitalization plan for the Vancouver riverfront.
Scope of Work
This ambitious development in the heart of downtown Vancouver required over 21,400 sqft of shoring wall to support the construction of a large interior parking garage.
The Result
The Miller, FLATS’ first Pacific Northwest venture, enriches Vancouver’s waterfront by blending historical roots with modern amenities. Offering outdoor pools, a fitness center, and pet-friendly spaces, it elevates community living standards.
