The Project
Brandt Hospitality Group is expanding its footprint with a new 5-story, 117-guest suite Residence Inn in Clackamas, Oregon, catering to the area’s growing business, hospitality, and tourism sectors. The hotel opened in January 2023.
Scope of Work
This project required a large shotcrete-finished shoring wall on the north and eastern side of the property where it abuts I-205 and a walkway for the Clackamas Lightrail to the North. In total, we constructed over 3700sqft of shoring wall for this project.
The Result
Doors opened in January 2023, positioning Brand Hospitality Group in a key shopping area of a rapidly expanding Portland suburb.
