The Project
Analog PDX is a proposed 134-unit development located in North Portland, near the Broadway Bridge. Its proximity to various transportation options, including the street-car, MAX, bike lanes, and sidewalks, makes it accessible through multiple modes of transportation. Situated close to the Rose Quarter, the design of Analog PDX will incorporate elements that reflect the area’s connection to rock & roll culture.
Scope of Work
The scope of work for Analog Apartments included CDSM Improvement, yielding approx. 4500 linear feet of CFA columns. In addition, we also constructed a soldier pile shoring wall which included the installation of soldier piles, wood lagging, backfilling the lagging, pile cutting and furnishing and installing handrails.
The Result
The result of the work for Analog Apartments includes foundational stabilization, structural support, and safety enhancements, culminating in a well-coordinated construction process that establishes the essential infrastructure for the 134-unit development.
