Klemm KR 806-3F
Micropile Drill Rigs
Primary Applications
- Micropile installation on restricted urban sites
- Tieback anchors for excavation support
- Soil nail drilling on cut slopes and retaining work
- Dewatering well and jet-grouting hole drilling
What This Drill Does Well
The Klemm KR 806-3F is a small-diameter drill rig built around the KR 806 double-head platform. It installs micropiles, soil nails, tiebacks, dewatering wells, and jet-grouting holes while the rod magazine reduces manual rod handling during repetitive drilling. It is used on urban support-of-excavation jobs, airport and building work, and other sites where the mast has to work at multiple angles with limited crew space.
Performance Highlights
- 197 hp Deutz engine
- 320 bar maximum operating pressure
- 188 kN tractive force with 350 mm ground clearance
- Integrated drill rod magazine
