Meacham Creek Bridge

ODOT replaced the Old Emigrant Springs Frontage Road bridge over Meacham Creek and Union Pacific Railroad in Umatilla County. Oregon State Bridge Construction delivered the project, which was completed in December 2025.
Scope of Work
Pacific Foundation advanced casing and drilled the replacement bridge foundation holes through native soils, removing spoils as excavation progressed before setting reinforcement cages and placing concrete.
