OSU Reser Stadium
Corvallis, OR
Oregon State’s 2015–17 Valley Football Center and north-end-zone project expanded and renovated the football operations building, rebuilt the north-end seating and concourse, and integrated new work with the existing stadium.
Scope of Work
Pacific Foundation drilled conventional and CFA shafts, including low-clearance work with a Bauer BG12H; built a tied-back soldier-pile wall for excavation support; and designed and installed micropiles to underpin the existing stadium where new construction tied into the existing structure.
Methods and Site Conditions

Site Constraints
The work integrated new construction and underpinning around the existing stadium structure.
This condition affects access, sequencing, and field coordination for the project scope. Pacific Foundation accounts for these constraints when planning equipment movement, crew access, work-area controls, and coordination with adjacent construction activity.
Send Us Your Plans
Send the drawings, specifications, geotechnical report, pile or shaft schedule, and site constraints. Pacific Foundation can review the foundation scope and next steps.
