Scope of Work

Pacific Foundation drilled conventional and CFA shafts, including low-clearance work with a Bauer BG12H; built a tied-back soldier-pile wall for excavation support; and designed and installed micropiles to underpin the existing stadium where new construction tied into the existing structure.

Service Drilled Shafts Large-diameter drilled foundations for structures that need deep support, high load transfer, lateral resistance, or low-vibration installation through difficult ground. Service Micropiles Drilled and grouted foundation elements for constrained access, low overhead, existing structures, bridge retrofit, underpinning, and difficult ground. Service Soldier Pile Walls Soldier pile wall shoring for excavations where pile layout, lagging, tiebacks, utilities, access, groundwater, and adjacent structures affect the work.

Site Constraints

The work integrated new construction and underpinning around the existing stadium structure.
