AUSTIN + DALLAS–FORT WORTH
Texas Shoring and Ground Improvement
Pacific Foundation brings experience from hundreds of completed projects to commercial and infrastructure work in Texas.
Soldier piles, lagging and tiebacks for excavation support. Rigid inclusions and displacement piles for foundation and slab support. Work with Pacific early to define the package, review constructability and plan the handoff to the next trade.
Supporting project teams in Austin and Dallas–Fort Worth. Other Texas scopes are welcome for review.

Bring Pacific in before the scope is fixed
Underground parking, hospital additions and data-center slabs have different foundation and excavation requirements. Pacific helps the GC and design team work through the foundation or shoring package before those decisions reach the field.
Excavation support
Soldier piles and lagging retain the ground as excavation advances. Tiebacks can provide additional support where the design and anchor rights allow.
For below-grade parking, commercial foundations and work beside existing structures, review excavation sequence, groundwater, access and the interface with the excavation contractor.
Slabs and foundations
Rigid inclusions improve the ground beneath slabs and foundations to limit settlement. Displacement piles are a distinct foundation option; selection depends on the soils, loads and design requirements.
For industrial floors, data centers and equipment foundations, bring the geotechnical report, loads and settlement criteria into the discussion. Define design, testing and load-transfer responsibilities early.
Start with the project
Commercial and medical
Below-grade parking, hospital additions and constrained excavations need a shoring plan that accounts for adjacent structures, site access and construction sequence. Share the excavation limits and the work that has to stay in service.
High tech and industrial
Data centers, manufacturing facilities and warehouses bring concentrated loads and settlement requirements. Pacific can review ground improvement and deep foundation options against the building and equipment criteria.
Energy and BESS
Battery storage, substations and energy facilities need foundation support matched to equipment layouts, tolerances and ground conditions. Define the specialty package and installation access before selecting the rig and crew.
Government and infrastructure
Public buildings, transportation, water and defense projects can combine excavation support, foundations and ground improvement. Pacific brings experience coordinating specialty work within larger construction programs.
Experience across demanding projects
Pacific’s work spans data centers, hospitals, energy facilities, government buildings and infrastructure. These completed projects show the methods and coordination Pacific can bring to a Texas scope.

A workable package for the GC
Bring Pacific the scope while there is still room to influence it. Review the proposed method against the ground report, access and installation sequence, then clarify who owns design, testing and the work at each trade interface.
The initial package may be shoring or ground improvement. Where the project benefits from a broader foundation scope, Pacific can work through the combined package with the GC and design team. Equipment and staffing follow the work.
Discuss your Texas project
Send the project location, stage and likely scope. Include drawings and a geotechnical report if they are available, along with the schedule and any access limits. An early conversation can start before the full package is ready.
Pacific’s estimating team will review the inquiry and follow up on the scope.
