Norton Terminal Development

The Project

On July 15, 2021, the Port of Everett broke ground on the $36 million Norton Terminal Development, a critical maritime infrastructure project aiming to enhance commerce, restore jobs, and achieve environmental stewardship. Completion is targeted for fall 2022. 

Scope of Work

Utilizing our Bauer BG 24 and Mantis 50-Ton crane, Pacific installed 14 36″ drilled shafts cased full depth.  

The Result

The Norton Terminal Project, completed in fall 2022, enhanced Everett’s maritime infrastructure, transforming a former mill site into a maritime hub providing numerous economic and community opportunities.
