The Haapa Park ADA Fishing Dock project involves constructing a fully accessible fishing platform at the Haapa Boat Launch in Woodland, WA. It is a collaborative effort between Clark County Public Works and PacifiCorp, with funding provided entirely by PacifiCorp. This new platform will provide barrier-free fishing access that meets ADA standards, enabling individuals with disabilities to enjoy fishing along the southern bank of the North Fork Lewis River. Construction includes removing existing bulkheads and installing the new dock, with completion expected by mid-November 2024.
