The Project
The USS Arizona Memorial reopened after a $2.1 million project led by the National Park Service and U.S. Navy. The renovation enhances visitor safety and experience while honoring the history and sacrifices of December 7, 1941.
Scope of Work
Pacific Foundation worked with the client and NPS officials to install 36-inch drilled shafts to provide a solid footing for the reconstruction efforts.

The installation of 36-inch drilled shafts by Pacific Foundation fortifies the USS Arizona Memorial’s structural foundation, aligning with its mission to honor and preserve history. This enhancement ensures a safer, more meaningful experience for future visitors, allowing them to engage more deeply with the stories and sacrifices commemorated at the site.
