The Project
The Willamette Water Supply Program, in collaboration with the City of Wilsonville, is constructing the PLM 1.3 pipeline along various Wilsonville roads. Construction began in May 2021 and aims for completion in 2023, with phased work to minimize disruptions. This project contributes to a reliable, future regional water supply system.
Scope of Work
Pacific Foundation is responsible for constructing two jet grout secant shafts on the PLM 1.3 project, utilizing a total of 90 cubic yards of concrete. These structures provide critical containment, preventing water ingress into the pipeline excavation area and ensure a secure and stable working environment.
The Result
The Willamette Water Supply Program enhances regional water reliability, providing a robust supply system capable of withstanding natural disasters and seasonal shortages, thereby serving the community’s long-term needs.
