With over 35,000 sq/ft of lagging, this complex shoring project required a strategic approach to position equipment, create benching, and build while excavating down to the required depth. The scope included 124 soldier piles, 523 tiebacks and an agressive target of 3,500sq/ft of lagging per week.
This ambitious development in the heart of downtown Vancouver required over 21,400 sqft of shoring wall to support the construction of a large interior parking garage.
